Since its foundation, our company has made innovation its top priority. An investment of 15% is made each year in Research & Development.

Mécacyl arose out of a simple observation: the functional limitations of oil and the consequences for mechanical friction and materials.

Currently, all forms of lubrication (oil, additives...) create a film, oxidize, heat up and any type of blend using them fouls up materials and produce pollution. On the other hand, Mécacyl hyper-lubricants:

  • Can be used alone or as a complement to oil
  • Do not create any film
  • Do not modify the viscosity of oil
  • Are rustproof
  • Improve engine performance
  • Significantly decrease mechanical wear
  • Considerably reduce pollution
  • Help maintain manufacturer warranties

Mécacyl is a complement to oil and does what oil can’t chemically, physically and mechanically. Hyper-lubricant is not miscible with oil and does not modify or influence the intrinsic properties of oil (particularly, the viscosity). Mécacyl is a hyper-lubricant that can be used alone or with oil and, above all, it helps maintain manufacturer warranties unlike all the additives that modify oil, create a film, cannot be used alone and, most importantly, can lead to the loss of a manufacturer warranty.

This process, which is unique in the world and revolutionary in the automobile, industrial and mechanical sectors, leads to less wear, sliding, pollution and energy consumption as has never been seen. Our company produces and offers a lubricating active ingredient that helps change “crystalline” surfaces to “lamellar” surfaces in any metal against metal friction system for nearly perfect sliding friction.

Modification of metal surface structures

  •  Resistance to compression and shear without the least bit of wear up to 18 tonnes/mm2
  •  Nearly perfect sliding - from a crystalline metal surface to a lamellar surface (mirror structure)
  •  40 times less wear on metal
  •  With Mécacyl, metal wears down after 150 times more use
  •  When cold, sliding occurs with higher oil pressure
  •  Less inertia

Directed and fixed electrochemical molecular chain

  •  Unlike oils and additives, Mécacyl does not create any film or over layer
  •  Fixation stability, even at high temperatures
  •  Resistance to tear, even when dry
  •  Insulating power: exceptional dielectric strength
  •  Resistance to contaminants (sulfuric acid, petrol, diesel oil, phosphoric acid, etc.) and/or severe conditions of use (extreme temperatures)

Controlled temperatures

  • Temperature divided by 2-3 in friction areas
  • Lower heat distortion: temperature increase time divided by 6
  • Lowers engine operating temperature from -15 to -20%
  • Invariable, non-fusible and non-flammable: flash point at 650 °C

Oil protector

  •  Works first, before the oil
  •  Mécacyl is a complement to oil and does what oil can’t do
  •  It is not miscible with oil and does not modify or influence the intrinsic properties of oil (particularly, the viscosity).

Neither an oil nor an additive

  • Mécacyl is a hyper-lubricant
  • It can be used alone or with oil
  • It helps maintain manufacturer warranties
